Our history

Sixth generation of lawyers, committed to giving clients the necessary peace of mind in legal matters. The tradition and technique passed from father to son, together with feedback from colleagues, collaborators and family members, make this a firm with memory and method.

Family professional history

The firm's professional history is rooted in several generations of legal practice, with continuity in Fuengirola since 1982.

Don Andrés Cuesta Pedraz

Born in 1951. In 1982, after the family moved from Seville to Fuengirola, he took on the direct development of the family real-estate activity there. He is currently a non-practising lawyer registered with the Málaga Bar Association. He holds a Master's degree in Legal Practice (800 hours at the Antonio Naya School of Legal Practice, Málaga Bar Association) and was admitted as a practising lawyer in Málaga from April 1992. He also has experience in computer programming, real-estate management and property development.

Don Andrés Cuesta Llamas

Born in November 1979. Master's degree in Legal Practice, law graduate from the University of Málaga in 2006 (UMA), admitted to the Málaga Bar Association as a practising lawyer since September 2006 and registered under bar no. 6628 at ICA Málaga. He holds the professional aptitude certificate of the CGAE (Spanish General Council of the Legal Profession).

Colleagues and others

The firm regularly works with colleagues, trainees, researchers, forensic specialists, translators, economists, psychologists, legal assistants and others in certain types of matters involving very specific issues that require a higher degree of specialisation.
